Mr. Prashanth B.K also holds the esteemed position of President at the Greater Bengaluru Employers Association, where he advocates for the interests of the employers. Mr. Ramakrishna is an experienced advocate practising before various courts in Bangalore. He specializes in civil and commercial disputes, criminal law, labour law and arbitration. Mrs. Pallavi Rao is associated with Corporate Cognition India, an associate firm of M/s CCI – Legal as ‘Sr. HR and POSH Consultant’ for the past 7 years. Before associating with Corporate Cognition India, she was associated with several MNCs and gained rich experience in handling diverse HR & IR issues. She is a post graduate in Human Resource Management from Managalore University. She is an Executive Committee Member of Greater Bengaluru Employers Association, an association formed under the Trade Unions’ Act, 1926 for the purpose of protecting & promoting the interest of Employers through advocacy, representation & research. Being an office bearer of Greater Bengaluru Employers Association, she assists various corporates as an External Member of their Internal Committee (IC) constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013. As an external member she has drafted POSH policy & procedures for various corporates, trained members of the Internal Committee for various corporates besides conducting POSH awareness sessions to employees. She has also guided chairpersons of the Committees’ in conducting enquiries as and when required. She is often called by various organizations including the educational institutions to speak about gender sensitivity, women empowerment etc.

Mr. Mohamed Ahmed has over 5 years of experience in advocacy. Specializing in Civil, Criminal, and Commercial matters, he is renowned for his proficiency in legal research. Mr. H. Balakrishna, has more than 33 years of experience in the field of HR, IR, Legal & Administrative services. He was formerly heading Human Resources Department at Wipro, Bengaluru. Before joining Wipro, he was the Deputy General Manager-HR for the second term at KDDL at Bangalore. He started his career with Management Consultancy Services in Bengaluru. Mr. H. Balakrishna has handled many roles of HR, IR, Legal & Administrative functions when he served for Radel electronics Ltd, ICL Sugars Ltd, KDDL Ltd, Saint-Gobain and Wipro. Mr. H. Balakrishna brings an extensive HR, IR, Legal & Administrative experience in manufacturing, project and professional service industry. He carries strong conceptual knowledge & has done substantial original work in the areas of human resources, industrial relations, labour laws, negotiation with the union & collective bargaining on various issues, long term wage settlements, grievance handling & redressal, disciplinary actions, layoff, retrenchment, strike, lockout & closure, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, drafted many HR & IR policies with procedures, statutory compliance/HR/IR audit, reward & recognition and leadership development etc. In addition to the above live and practical experience in the field of HR, IR, Legal & Administrative, Mr. H. Balakrishna has conducted several training sessions, programs/workshops on HR, IR, Legal, POSH, COBC, statutory compliance/audit. He was also instrumental in drafting HR, IR & Legal, standing orders, agreements, contracts, long term wage settlements, policies & procedures according to the needs of the industries, he served. H. Mrs. Sangeetha M.S. is an Advocate practicing mainly in Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, NCLT and High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru.
